Order Management Specialist (Industrial Equipment)

About the role

GEA is looking for an Order Management Specialist for its office in Granollers to support the commercial and operational activities of its homogenizer business. The role covers customer orders, quotations, deliveries and service coordination, working closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service: answer calls, manage customer requests by email and distribute them to colleagues or departments
• Quotation management: receive requests, manage quotations and follow up on acceptance
• Order management: handle purchase orders, create sales orders, procure goods for the central warehouse and track deliveries with Supply Chain & Logistics
• Service requests: register them in the system with an initial date and assigned technician
• Invoicing: proforma and final invoices, credit notes, and tracking of orders for billing
• Maintenance contracts: register contract details, control intervention dates and material changes, and bill
• Manage incidents across the order-to-cash process and travel arrangements for technicians and colleagues

Required profile

• Studies in Administration & Finance
• Minimum 3 years of back-office experience in an Order Manager role
• Training and knowledge in administration
• Spanish (native) and English (advanced); Portuguese is an asset
• High performance and result orientation, with strong communication skills and ability to push through resistance
