Order to Cash Specialist

About the role

The Order-to-Cash (OTC) Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end OTC cycle, ensuring accurate billing, efficient accounts receivable, and timely payment collection. Reporting to the Global Head of Finance and Operations, this role safeguards revenue and supports healthy cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order processing, invoicing, billing, and payment settlement.
• Monitor credit limits, assess client credit risk, and coordinate factoring processes.
• Track overdue invoices, conduct collections, and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in financial operations, accounts receivable, or OTC.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, credit control, and reconciliations.
• Experience with credit limits, outstanding balances, and factoring is a plus.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle high‑pressure periods.
• Professionalism with high standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficient Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP or other financial systems.
