Organizational Effectiveness Partner

About the role

Scopely is seeking a creative and proactive Organizational Effectiveness Partner to join its People team in Barcelona. The role focuses on designing and delivering learning experiences that support employee growth and reinforce a culture of continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate engaging learning and development experiences aligned with business priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and development programs for employees and managers.
• Support the evolution of Scopely’s learning culture by creating scalable, high‑impact initiatives.
• Partner with People Business Partners and subject‑matter experts to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities.
• Create learning materials, facilitator guides, toolkits, communications, and development resources.
• Help manage talent initiatives such as performance cycles, feedback practices, career development, and talent reviews.
• Coordinate learning logistics to ensure a high‑quality learner experience.
• Gather participant feedback and use data to improve learning effectiveness.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System and related technology ecosystem.
• Identify and leverage innovative learning tools, technologies, and AI‑driven solutions.
