Overnight Waiter – Luxury Resort (Mallorca)

About the role
The Overnight Waiter provides in‑room dining service during the night shift at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. Working independently in a calm environment, you will ensure guests receive prompt, accurate, and discreet service that reflects Four Seasons standards.
Key responsibilities
- Take and deliver in‑room dining orders throughout the overnight hours.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and presented according to hotel standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and preferences with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in‑room dining area, pantry, and service equipment.
- Restock items and prepare mise en place for the following day.
- Collaborate with the Night Team, Kitchen, and Front Office to fulfill guest orders efficiently.
- Process guest checks accurately and follow billing procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and service recovery situations.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and security procedures required for night operations.
