Packaging & Quality Control Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging & Quality Control Technician to ensure the quality of packaging materials and finished products throughout the inbound and filling processes. You will work closely with a technician team, supporting production while maintaining strict compliance with GMP, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and control samples of packaging materials and finished products.
• Release or refuse packaging components and products based on quality criteria.
• Monitor and follow up on quality control plans.
• Maintain quality‑level compliance among production staff.
• Participate in non‑conformity management and new reference processes to ensure specifications are available for production.
• Propose process, product, or material improvements to increase operational value.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, health‑safety, and environmental protection instructions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Senior high‑school level technical training in quality or production is also acceptable.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to work a three‑shift schedule and adapt to peak periods.
• Strong adaptability, dynamism, flexibility, and teamwork orientation.
• Experience in an industrial environment and in managing a team.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of GMP compliance.
• Experience with quality control processes.
• Familiarity with non‑conformity management.
• Understanding of specification and reference management.
