Partner Support Representative (EN / NL) - Barcelona

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Partner Support Representative in Barcelona who speaks English and Dutch. You will work with partners on their online presence, giving SEO and content advice, reviewing audit results and supporting the syndication partner onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic SEO optimization recommendations, keyword gap analysis and on-site search recommendations
• Audit content, review online audit results and prepare presentations for the DBD with key takeaways and actions
• Quality check audit results and give feedback to the audit agency, highlight key gaps and share partner-level optimization reports
• Share content best practices and train partners, and run the syndication partner onboarding process
• Identify bugs, content gaps and delivery delays and feed them back to internal teams
• Monitor use of the e-tail toolkit and drive timely NPI execution
• Provide first-line support for content queries and check content and keywords in the local language
• Track improvements, estimate ROI, review partner KPI dashboards and follow up on KPI reporting
• Analyze ratings and reviews, share best practices and track the overall digital business plan execution

Required profile

• Native or proficient in the required language with advanced English
• University degree in marketing, e-commerce or business administration preferred, others considered
• At least one year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience
• Excellent negotiation, management and communication skills, including presentation skills
• Good computing literacy (Windows, Office)

• Plus: medium-level eMerchandising and web analytics expertise, and past digital marketing and SEO experience
