About the role

We are seeking a passionate Part‑Time Personal Trainer to join our exclusive members‑only fitness club in Marbella. You will work directly with members, helping them reach their health and fitness objectives while upholding the premium atmosphere of THE I/O Club.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and train members safely, effectively and professionally.
• Design personalized training programmes aligned with individual goals and needs.
• Build strong relationships with members and foster a welcoming environment.
• Represent THE I/O Club as an ambassador, maintaining its premium standards.
• Keep the gym floor and training areas clean and well‑maintained.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding member experience.

Required profile

• Certification or formal education in Personal Training, Fitness or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in the fitness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
• Passion for fitness, wellness and helping people achieve goals.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
