People Advisor – EU

About the role

Perk is looking for a People Advisor to help shape employee‑relations processes across its European operations. You will combine HR expertise with AI‑driven tools to improve case management, data insights, and manager support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise case‑management workflows, leveraging AI integration tools for efficiency.
• Partner with managers to co‑pilot performance, conduct, probation, attendance, and policy‑related decisions.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and ensure consistent application of Perk’s people policies across the region.
• Provide data‑driven insights, flag trends early, and enable proactive interventions.
• Accelerate case resolution timelines while preserving quality and fairness.
• Collaborate with the broader People team and cross‑functional partners to embed best practices.
