About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a passionate People & Culture Supervisor to act as a cultural advocate and business partner, ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout the hiring and employment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contract communication, monitor end dates and coordinate with finance and other departments.
- Handle contract terminations, conduct exit interviews and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee employee sick‑leave processes and follow up on work‑related accidents with the insurance provider.
- Review vacation and festive reports, keeping HR systems accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate risk‑prevention activities with external partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling all People & Culture matters.
- Keep digital and electronic employee records and departmental reports.
- Produce and submit regular activity reports.
- Provide training and support to department managers on HR systems and work calendars.
Required profile
- Passionate about fostering a positive culture and living the “Golden Rule” in every employee interaction.
- Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism in handling HR information.
