People Experience Generalist

About the role

Akeneo is looking for its first People Experience Generalist to join the PricingHUB integration team in Spain. You will support employees across eight international offices, ensuring smooth HR operations while helping shape the employee experience during a high‑growth SaaS integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including global onboarding, off‑boarding, contract preparation, and new‑hire integrations.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and optimise the HRIS platform (Lucca) by tracking absences, leaves, and timesheets, especially for France.
• Coordinate global payroll and benefits administration, providing monthly payroll data and managing French‑specific benefits, medical checks, and tools such as Swile and Babilou.
• Interpret French and Spanish labour laws to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risk, and update company policies.
• Liaise with external partners, talent acquisition, immigration brokers, and insurance providers for visa and relocation matters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and continuously improve People Experience processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional HR projects with IT, Legal, and Finance, and provide light workplace administration for the Spain office.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within an international environment.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms and payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of French and Spanish employment legislation.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with global People teams.
