People Operations Partner – Benelux Region

About the role

ABB Robotics is establishing a standalone entity and seeks a People Operations Partner for the Benelux region. The role will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR processes across legacy ABB and the newly acquired SoftBank teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding activities including contract generation, background checks and Day‑1 readiness.
• Manage employee changes such as promotions, lateral moves and data updates in Workday.
• Coordinate off‑boarding, handling resignations, terminations and final documentation.
• Act as the Workday subject‑matter expert, guaranteeing data accuracy for payroll and reporting.
• Administer regional benefits programs in partnership with local brokers.
• Support the Total Rewards team during merit cycles, bonus payments and communication.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal audit standards.
• Identify and re‑engineer legacy ABB processes to create a unified “One Robotics” experience.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services across multiple countries.
• Experience in the Benelux region is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and its impact on payroll and benefits.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams during organisational change.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Workday HCM.
