Performance Marketeer

About the role

SQLI, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, is recruiting a Performance Marketeer in Valencia. You will own performance across the funnel, from first impression to final conversion, and act as a sparring partner for clients, connecting media performance to broader business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute performance marketing strategies across awareness, consideration and conversion
• Own key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, engagement and overall business impact
• Turn business objectives into clear, actionable performance roadmaps
• Run testing, experimentation and continuous optimisation across paid social, search, display, video and marketplaces
• Balance short-term results with long-term brand growth
• Work with CRO, CRM, content and strategy teams, and support pre-sales and pitches with data-driven cases
• Leverage automation and AI to scale performance efficiently

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing across multiple channels (Google, social, display, video)
• Proven ability to drive measurable impact from awareness to conversion
• Understanding of media strategy, audience targeting and customer journeys
• Ability to link campaign performance to business outcomes and brand objectives
• Plus: ecommerce and lead-generation or brand campaign experience, and mentoring peers outside a formal leadership role
