Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join its Acquisition Marketing team in Madrid. The role leads the development and execution of campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth, working with cross-functional teams to promote products and experiences across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy for experiences, including exclusive events worldwide for partners and Fever Original events.
• Create performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility using social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content Copywriting teams to set strategic directions for campaigns.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms.
• Proficient English; a second language is a plus.
• Marketing background.
• Willingness to work in Madrid and grow within Fever.
