About the role
Regal Rexnord is looking for a Plant Finance Controller for its IPS(Couplings) Zizurkil plant. The role manages financial risks, financial planning and forecasting, financial records and general accounting within the plant. It also covers hiring, promotion and disciplinary recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. The position is hybrid: onsite at the designated Regal Rexnord location with flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage financial risks, financial planning and forecasting, and financial records and general accounting within the IPS(Couplings) Zizurkil plant.
- Provide hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations.
- Carry out performance evaluations and give feedback to direct reports.
