PMO Analyst (100%) – Business & Regulatory Transformation

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a PMO Analyst to support its Business & Regulatory Transformation (BRT) team in the Digital Business Transformation division, based in Madrid. You will work closely with the Head BRT, project leads, programme managers and senior stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting, effective decision-making and efficient execution. The role combines PMO, business management and analytical responsibilities, covering project portfolio management, financial tracking, governance, capacity planning and team operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project financials, budgets and resource allocation to support portfolio oversight.
• Maintain project and portfolio plans, track milestones, risks, dependencies and progress.
• Support project portfolio management and capacity planning to ensure transparency and prioritisation.
• Carry out business analysis and data-driven assessments to support planning, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Support project teams with meetings, workshops, communications and team development.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and committee materials, and coordinate steering committees and governance forums, including agendas, minutes and action follow-up.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project management, consulting, financial services, business management or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several priorities and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English and proactive, reliable, solution-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Excellent Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
