Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer – Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SAP)

About the role

Globaldev Group is looking for an experienced Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer to design and build end-to-end analytics solutions for its supply chain and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to turn data from SAP ERP and other systems into dashboards and semantic models that support better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and Fabric solutions focused on performance, usability and storytelling.
• Translate supply chain and manufacturing needs into data models covering inventory, production, procurement, logistics, OEE, OTIF, lead times and supplier performance.
• Ingest and transform data from SAP ERP and other systems into curated data marts using SQL, Power Query and Fabric or Azure data services.
• Write and optimise SQL, DAX and, where relevant, MDX queries, including performance tuning and debugging.
• Implement and maintain ETL and ELT processes for timely, high-quality data delivery.
• Work with supply chain, manufacturing and finance stakeholders to understand processes and KPIs and improve dashboards.
• Apply BI best practices for data modelling, semantic layer, row-level security, usability and governance.
• Integrate data from APIs and web services to enrich datasets and automate refreshes.
• Document solutions and provide handover and training when needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI and the Microsoft data stack.
• Proven experience building interactive dashboards and impactful visualisations.
• Solid experience in data analysis, data modelling and data mart design, and understanding of data warehousing and analytical architectures.
• Practical experience with SAP ERP data in a supply chain or manufacturing context, ideally including MM, SD and PP.
• Language: Spanish native, English fluent.

Required skills

• Complex SQL, DAX and optionally MDX queries, with query optimisation and performance troubleshooting.
• ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, DataStage, Talend or similar.
• Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob or ADLS storage, or Fabric lake houses and pipelines.
• API and web service integration.
