PR Coordinator – Luxury Fashion Brand

About the role

HEREU, a contemporary luxury brand based in Barcelona, is seeking a PR Coordinator to strengthen its media presence and cultural relevance across national and international markets. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will help shape and execute the brand’s communications strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement PR strategies with both local and international agencies.
• Manage PR sample sets, seasonal seeding, press materials, and Q&A documents.
• Organise press days, brand activations, runway shows, and presentations.
• Secure coverage in top‑tier print and digital media.
• Identify and nurture relationships with cultural partners, artists, and content creators.
• Oversee gifting programmes, influencer campaigns, and strategic collaborations.
• Track KPIs, produce monthly and annual performance reports, and benchmark competitors.
• Supervise a junior PR assistant or intern.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of PR experience, preferably in fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
• Proven experience coordinating international PR agencies.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French are a strong plus.
• Strategic mindset, highly organised, with a genuine sensitivity to contemporary culture.
