PR Manager

About the role

Bolt is looking for a PR Manager to lead its local public‑relations activities. You will be the primary contact for media, partners and stakeholders, shaping the company’s narrative in your market and supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand Bolt’s media‑relations network in the local market.
• Develop and execute annual PR strategies and quarterly communication plans.
• Draft press releases, statements and localise global communication assets.
• Pitch story ideas, organise interviews and coordinate speaking opportunities for Bolt spokespeople.
• Drive proactive PR initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor PR performance, manage the local PR budget and support crisis‑communication efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Strong understanding of the local media landscape with established journalist relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic mindset, high attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
