About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience across multiple hotel departments at Barceló Tenerife. You will rotate through areas such as restaurant service, bar and lounge operations, kitchen, commercial & events, reservations & revenue management, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and kitchen sections.
• Support commercial and events teams with planning and execution.
• Participate in reservations handling and revenue‑management tasks.
• Provide administrative assistance in the economato and back‑office functions.
• Carry out duties related to ongoing or completed academic projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational training program, bachelor's degree or master’s program related to hospitality, tourism, business or a similar field.
• Ability to sign a training agreement with your educational institution.
• Any additional specific requirements will be defined per department.
