About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is offering a student internship in one of its hotels. The placement allows you to rotate through several hotel departments and apply the knowledge you are acquiring in your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the floor staff, reception, restaurant, bar, and kitchen.
• Support maintenance and guest‑experience teams.
• Participate in commercial, events, reservations and revenue activities.
• Help the economato‑administration area with routine tasks.
• Carry out duties related to your current academic projects.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a vocational training program, bachelor’s degree or master’s related to hospitality, tourism or hotel management.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your training institution.
• Any specific requirements defined by the department you will join.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to learn across multiple functional areas.
