Presales Consultant (French speaking)

About the role

Spacewell is looking for a native French‑speaking Presales Consultant to guide prospects and customers in Spain and France toward the right solutions across our portfolio. You will translate business challenges into realistic, value‑driving architectures and act as the trusted technical advisor for our sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical and functional needs, use cases and business processes of prospects and customers.
• Advise on the Spacewell portfolio and translate requirements into coherent solution designs within budget.
• Build and deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
• Create supporting technical documentation such as solution descriptions, architectures and effort estimates.
• Answer in‑depth technical questions and provide honest guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales on proposals, value cases and deal strategy throughout the presales cycle.
• Coordinate non‑standard requirements with Product, Development, Professional Services and Security teams.
• Ensure smooth handover of the sold solution to Professional Services.
• Maintain regular contact with key customer stakeholders to refine solutions.
• Contribute to revenue growth by positioning the right technical solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in a presales, solution consulting or similar customer‑facing technical role in IT or SaaS.
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to design feasible solutions aligned with product capabilities.
• Experience with solution‑based selling, building proposals, running demos and supporting deal closure.
