Presales Engineer - Network & Security

About the role

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company that delivers value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to technology manufacturers and their channel partners serving commercial and government markets. As Presales Engineer you will work in the technical department alongside sales representatives to sell and promote assigned vendors' products, supporting customers with demos, training and technical advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge and expertise to customers and partners.
• Support business teams in developing and defining Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Work with partners, identify their needs and business opportunities through technical consultancy.
• Deliver training and workshops for customers.
• Take part in technology fairs and events.
• Keep up with the latest technologies and obtain vendor certifications.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience as a presales engineer.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Negotiation and strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a sense of innovation and technology.
• Ability to identify and resolve partner issues and to prioritize workload.
• Passion for learning new technologies and tackling new challenges.
