Pre‑Sales Team Lead – French Market

About the role

Impress, the leading health‑tech scale‑up in the invisible orthodontic sector, is seeking a Pre‑Sales Team Lead for the French market. Based in Barcelona, you will manage a booking‑conversion team, ensuring exceptional customer care and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the booking conversion process for the assigned French market, handling inbound and outbound calls, complaints, appeals and grievances.
• Create and optimise team schedules to match booking demand and issue resolution.
• Develop and deliver training materials, ensuring the team is well‑informed and exceeds performance expectations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS) and implement improvement mechanisms.
• Forecast call volumes, plan for peak periods and meet all KPI targets.
• Analyse service data with QA, set goals and focus on development areas.
• Handle escalations and support the hiring or termination of staff when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a customer‑service team in an international environment.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Strong team spirit, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, inclusive attitude and willingness to work onsite in Barcelona.
