Process Technician

About the role

The Process Technician will work on the production floor to manufacture lyophilized or atomized products, ensuring compliance with strict quality, KOSHER and HALAL standards. This position is based in a modern industrial facility and requires hands‑on execution of plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform plant tasks to obtain lyophilized or atomized products according to quality standards.
• Prepare and sterilize industrial culture media.
• Inoculate microbial cultures.
• Clean and disinfect equipment, utensils and production areas.
• Harvest, formulate with cryoprotectants, freeze and lyophilize biomass from industrial bioreactors.
• Collect lyophilized product and manage packaging.
• Harvest, apply thermal treatment, formulate carriers and atomize biomass from reactors.
• Control processes by analyzing critical parameters.
• Monitor critical control points (CCP) and ensure compliance.
• Support implementation of the ADM WILD Valencia Management System.
• Follow KOSHER and HALAL manufacturing protocols.

Required profile
