Procurement Activity Controller Internship – Airbus Graduate Program

About the role

Join Airbus' graduate program in Spain as a Procurement Activity Controller Intern. You will combine a master‑level training program with an 11‑month placement, gaining hands‑on experience in logistics and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily production flow and attend control meetings to report part availability.
• Support work‑order (WO) administration and operational handling.
• Manage component shortages, implement transfer protocols and coordinate logistics for unexpected material gaps.
• Coordinate parasitic flows with other departments to resolve non‑conformities, over‑deliveries, lost parts or cannibalisation.
• Control outstanding logistical flows and oversee transfer of responsibility for work orders.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field with a management focus.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply‑chain processes.
• Negotiation‑level proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Methodical, ethical and open‑minded attitude suitable for an international environment.
