Procurement Analyst

About the role

THEKER is building intelligent robots and needs a Procurement Analyst to create and own its purchasing function. You will work closely with mechanical, electronics, and integration engineers to ensure the right components are available on time, while driving cost discipline and supplier quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end procurement process: sourcing, RFQs, supplier selection, purchase order management, and delivery follow‑up.
• Qualify and manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Maintain bill‑of‑materials (BOM) data and ensure component availability for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on sourcing decisions and risk mitigation.
• Implement and continuously improve procurement processes and tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain roles, preferably in hardware, electronics or industrial environments.
• Proven track record managing supplier relationships, running RFQs and handling purchase orders end‑to‑end.
• Strong attention to pricing, lead times and quality.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Barcelona.

Required skills

• ERP or procurement tools such as SAP or Odoo.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs processes and international purchasing.
• Experience sourcing electronic components and custom mechanical parts.
• Ability to run RFQs and manage supplier contracts.
