Procurement Specialist – Indirect Spend & IT

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will support the company’s transformation by managing indirect spend across categories such as IT, Marketing, Professional Services, and Corporate Services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are applied consistently and cost‑saving opportunities are identified.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for indirect categories, including RFIs, RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
• Collaborate with business units to understand needs and ensure proper execution of procurement actions.
• Act as the primary contact for procurement‑related topics within assigned areas.
• Support supplier management together with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Stay updated on market trends and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in indirect categories such as IT.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with strong execution mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast‑paced, changing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, or Coupa.
