Product Adoption & Value Lead

About the role

The Product Adoption & Value Lead will drive the rollout, scaling and value realization of AI‑powered integration and migration capabilities across Santander entities worldwide. Based in Madrid, the role works with a global AI team to translate executive interest into concrete business cases, adoption plans and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support the adoption of AI Integration & Migration capabilities across countries by coordinating workshops, capturing requirements, conducting fit‑gap analysis and tracking actions.
• Maintain and qualify the opportunity pipeline, documenting status, blockers, owners, next steps, assumptions and expected value.
• Build and maintain business cases covering effort baselines, savings hypotheses, implementation costs, value drivers, risks and assumptions; define KPIs for adoption, productivity, quality, cost avoidance and realized benefits.
• Translate recurring country needs, blockers and feedback into product backlog items and roadmap inputs, working with product engineering, AI specialists and solution architects.
• Coordinate across vendors, product engineering, DevOps, architecture, cybersecurity, country teams and business stakeholders to resolve issues and keep momentum without direct reporting lines.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence across multiple countries and functions.
• Proven experience in building business cases and managing transformation programmes.
• High technology fluency, especially in AI, data integration and migration concepts.
• Ability to maintain momentum and drive adoption without direct reporting authority.
