Product Analyst – Remote (Spain)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to turn complex product and user data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve customer experiences. The role is fully remote, based in Spain, and sits at the intersection of analytics, product management, and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to uncover trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key metrics such as retention, conversion, LTV, revenue, and churn.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Conduct deep analyses of customer journeys, feature adoption, and promotional initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers on new releases, enhancements, and A/B testing.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within digital products.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• SQL proficiency and experience with large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with event‑based analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Knowledge of product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Python or other statistical analysis tools (plus).
