Product Delivery Manager - Pharma Commercial Market Access

About the role

Roche is looking for a Product Delivery Manager in Madrid to lead, plan and implement complex deliveries in RDT Pharma Commercial Market Access. The role defines and controls the scope of initiatives independently, identifies improvements and manages diverse stakeholders, connecting team development with business objectives. Depending on needs, the person may act as a Senior Business Analyst, Squad Lead, Project Manager or Service (Delivery) Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee initiatives or streams with autonomy, managing end-to-end delivery of RDT Pharma Commercial Market Access projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and resource requirements, and manage the project team.
• Manage risks and dependencies, resolve team impediments and ensure projects meet quality standards and deliver business value.
• Work with Product Managers, IT Business Partners, business stakeholders and squads to achieve product-defined outcomes.
• Maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and contribute to process improvement and technology enablement.
• Act as a trusted advisor on how IT can support business objectives and help develop the RDT department.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience as a successful Delivery Manager using structured project management processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, listening, problem-solving, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, with limited direction, and to collaborate across Informatics and business structures.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of system development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, iterative).
• Planning and tracking project schedules with clearly defined critical paths.
• Managing scope, time, cost, quality, risk and team dynamics across global locations.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework is an advantage; vendor management is a plus.
• Experience deploying GxP validated systems is an advantage.
