Product Development Manager - Tissue Products

About the role

Essity is looking for a Product Development Manager to help shape the future of its retail brand tissue products across Iberia. Based in Tarragona, the role works closely with commercial, manufacturing, R&D and customer teams to identify market opportunities, develop innovative product solutions and support successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with market opportunities and customer needs across Iberia.
• Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities and recommend actions to optimise assortment, profitability and growth.
• Partner with key customers and commercial teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that create value.
• Define product specifications and coordinate the development of new products, formats, packaging and designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, logistics and sales teams to ensure successful product implementation and launches.
• Analyse consumer trends, competitor activity and market dynamics to find opportunities for innovation and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Development or a related field.
• Experience in product management, category management, marketing, product development or a related commercial environment.
• Fluent in English.
