Product Expert – RIM Submissions, Archive & Publishing

About the role

Veeva is looking for a highly motivated individual with real‑world life science industry experience in Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs to drive customer success with our Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) products in Europe. The Product Expert will support the Submissions, Submissions Archive and Publishing applications, acting as the voice of the customer to shape the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Be the product evangelist and provide subject‑matter expertise for Veeva RIM Submissions, Archive and Publishing use cases.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product features and roadmap, communicating future vision to customers.
• Deliver education and training to customers through community forums and other channels.
• Gather, analyze and prioritize customer feedback, turning it into problem statements for roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with product, services, strategy, sales and support teams to create content and resources for releases.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in regulatory operations, regulatory affairs or related roles within life‑sciences.
• At least 3 years experience in consulting, solution consulting, support or business liaison functions.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear problem statements for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 % internationally, including to the USA.

Required skills

• Experience with Veeva RIM applications and related document‑management processes.
• Hands‑on knowledge of electronic submission building, publishing and archiving.
• Familiarity with regulatory submission standards and electronic filing systems.
• Ability to work with technical specifications and software development documentation.
