Product Manager – Beauty Portfolio

About the role

Join L'Oréal Spain & Portugal as a Product Manager and become the architect of our beauty portfolio. You will drive the full product lifecycle, turning innovative ideas into market‑leading products that resonate with consumers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the local product roadmap, launch calendar, pricing strategy and assortment mix.
• Manage the brand/category P&L, ensuring healthy margins and ROI on campaigns.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Retail, Communications and Digital teams.
• Adapt and execute global new product launches, overseeing forecasting, pack validation and claim compliance.
• Translate consumer insights and beauty trends into pipeline opportunities.
• Design and launch 360° go‑to‑market campaigns with digital, media and trade partners.
• Oversee stock levels, forecasts and discontinuations to minimise write‑offs.
• Track market share, sell‑in/sell‑out data and competitive landscape using Nielsen, Kantar and internal tools.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
• Proven experience in product management within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
• Ability to bridge global strategy with local consumer needs.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable with performance tracking.
