Product Manager - Cardiometabolic Department

About the role

Amgen's Cardiometabolic Business Unit is looking for a Product Manager based in Barcelona. The role leads the country brand plan, promotional activities and omnichannel engagement, working closely with the international Product Manager, medical affairs and value access teams.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate the sales force around brand objectives, cycle meetings and launch meetings.
• Develop and implement the Country Brand Plan in line with the International Brand Plan.
• Design and run promotional activities such as detail aids, message scripts, advertising and congress materials.
• Lead omnichannel engagement strategies to improve customer experience and brand performance.
• Implement the international brand campaign locally, analyse market research and coordinate competitive intelligence and action plans.
• Organise local congress participation with the sales force and partner with Medical Affairs on clinical trials and KOL development.
• Partner with the Value Access Manager to maximise treatment access at hospital level.
• Co-lead the Brand Team, support commercial teams with tactical plans, select and manage external vendors, and build business cases.

Required profile

• Approximately 5+ years of Product Manager experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience marketing products in cardiovascular, lipid management, cardiometabolic, endocrinology, internal medicine or related areas.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Preferred: 5+ years in a pharma company, proven market leadership, MBA or degree in Marketing or Business, and multichannel marketing experience.
