Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at Smadex, you will own the strategy and execution for a key area of our mobile advertising platform. You’ll translate the company’s technical vision into products that drive real business impact, working closely with engineering and aligning commercial, marketing and operations teams. The role is based in Barcelona and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for your assigned vertical.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize development and ensure timely delivery.
• Set metrics, run experiments and make data‑driven decisions on feature releases.
• Communicate product updates across the organization and align stakeholders on timelines.
• Stay informed on AdTech trends, emerging technologies and privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong fluency with data and ability to write SQL queries.
• Proven experience in hypothesis‑driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce clear product specifications.
