Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our fast‑growing team. You will work at the crossroads of Product, Growth, Partnerships and Sales, turning product capabilities into clear customer value and driving market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product to define go‑to‑market and growth strategies for new and existing features.
• Design and execute marketing plans and campaigns across Sales, Customer Success and acquisition channels.
• Own product‑marketing performance metrics, report results and ensure business impact.
• Gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative user insights, surveys and research in partnership with the Research team.
• Craft product positioning, messaging and in‑product communication to boost adoption and engagement.
• Align cross‑functional teams on priorities, ensuring consistent strategy across Product, Growth, Sales and Partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to spot opportunities and risks.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements to the platform experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy or a related role within a software company.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands‑on mindset with strong project‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
• Solid understanding of marketing performance indicators and funnel metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion).
• Experience collaborating with product teams on feature development and launches.
• Background in e‑commerce or marketplace environments is a plus.
