Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Make is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own a key pillar of its product marketecture. You will shape positioning, launch strategy and messaging for automation and AI‑driven solutions, working closely with product, marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution for assigned product capabilities, from launch planning through post‑launch analysis.
• Develop product naming, messaging pillars and positioning frameworks that are differentiated and value‑focused.
• Partner with product teams early to define business rationale, launch objectives, success metrics and beta programs.
• Create sales enablement assets such as battle cards, demo scripts and one‑pagers for both self‑serve and sales‑led motions.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and provide insights to refine future release strategies.
• Present as a subject‑matter expert in webinars and external events.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate launch workflows and model an automation‑first mindset.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on product expertise – building, testing and understanding how customers solve problems with the solution.
• Strong commercial instincts and a bias for execution.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Product marketing fundamentals (positioning, messaging, launch planning).
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Competitive analysis and go‑to‑market measurement.
