Production Assistant – Fan Zone

About the role

Fever is seeking a Production Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of its Fan Zone at live events. The role involves helping set up, maintain, and dismantle the zone, ensuring smooth logistics and a high‑quality experience for attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily production operations within assigned Fan Zone areas.
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of infrastructure, furniture, signage, branding elements, and activation spaces.
• Perform basic logistical tasks such as material distribution, inventory support, and replenishment of supplies.
• Provide support to Backstage, Hospitality, Accreditation, and Participant Services teams when required.
• Monitor the condition and functionality of Fan Zone facilities and report any issues.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and operational service providers working within the Fan Zone.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards in assigned areas.
• Support crowd flow management, access control, and operational requirements of activations.
• Identify, report, and escalate operational issues or incidents to the Production Coordinator or Production Manager.
• Deliver daily operational checklists, status reports, incident logs, and end‑of‑event operational reports.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset with a proactive, “bar‑raiser” attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced live‑event environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor facilities and report issues.
• Good organizational skills for managing inventory, supplies, and documentation.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams and external vendors.
