Program Manager Mining (Remote)

About the role

Tether is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic mining initiatives across Central America. This fully remote position will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated mining projects, ensuring they align with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and community expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program management for mining initiatives, integrating exploration, technical studies, permitting, and operational readiness workstreams.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource plans in line with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, institutional relations, and community outreach.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure alignment with local expectations.
• Report progress to senior leadership and adjust plans as needed.

Required profile

• Solid background in the mining industry with experience managing multi‑project programs.
• Proven ability to work remotely and collaborate with global teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
