Project Advisor – Customer Projects

About the role

As a Project Advisor for customer projects, you will be the key link between clients and the store, helping them turn their home improvement ideas—especially kitchen projects—into reality. You will guide customers from the initial design phase through to final delivery, ensuring every detail meets their expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in designing and planning their projects, with a focus on kitchen installations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule deliveries, installations, and any required services.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues to guarantee a seamless experience.
• Ensure all project specifications are accurately documented and communicated.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
