Project & Construction Manager - Engineer/Architect (Temporary)

About the role

A temporary position is open for a building and construction engineer or architect within Airbus Operations S.L. in Getafe, Madrid. The selected candidate joins the Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) team, inside its Building Construction team. FMRE covers ESG policies for facilities, civil works, energy supply and management, transportation, hospitality, facility maintenance and office space design.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in building and construction as an engineer on site or as a project technical manager
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and/or infrastructure projects (5+ years preferred)
• Valuable experience in industrial-sector construction projects
• Negotiable level of English; high-level English is mandatory
• Leadership skills: engaging and motivating the team, building a trusting and inclusive environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement, and excellent communication at all levels
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity
