Project Incident Manager – Manhattan Active (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Kapres Technology is seeking a Project Incident Manager to lead critical incident handling for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and Order Management (MAO) implementations across Europe. The role coordinates business, IT, vendors and integration partners to restore services and protect project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑priority incident response during design, build, testing, cutover and hyper‑care phases, assessing severity and business impact.
• Chair incident bridge calls, maintain accurate logs, and drive incidents to resolution while communicating status to executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical teams across Manhattan Active, integration platforms, transport management, WCS/WES automation, identity and infrastructure.
• Produce Major Incident Reports, facilitate post‑incident reviews and track recurring issues for systemic improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, enforce service‑level commitments and escalate when needed.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of IT project delivery experience, with 3‑5 years managing major incidents on large‑scale warehouse or order management projects.
• Hands‑on experience delivering Manhattan Active (MAWM/MAO) projects through SIT, UAT, cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and fulfilment operations, integration patterns and cloud‑based SaaS delivery.
• Familiarity with ITIL Major Incident Management and Agile delivery methodologies.
