Project Management Associate – Distribution Analytics

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Project Management Associate in Madrid for its Growth team's Distribution unit. The role owns end-to-end distribution data and performance analysis, from defining metrics and building dashboards to analysing them and shaping the distribution strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own distribution data and performance analysis: define key metrics, build dashboards, analyse results and shape the distribution strategy
• Build and automate dashboards by product, vertical, partner and geography using SQL and a BI tool, define KPIs, ensure data quality and maintain a single source of truth
• Support the distribution plan across markets through channel sizing and prioritization, revenue modelling and go-to-market strategies for new platforms and partnerships
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to meet performance targets and scale incremental revenue
• Run and analyse experiments across channels (pricing tests, marketing investments, alternative discounts) and turn insights into recommendations, playbooks and roadmaps
• Improve ways of working by surfacing strengths, gaps and bottlenecks in processes and reporting
• Contribute to repeatable best practices across 40+ countries

Required profile

• STEM degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data)
• 3-5 years in analytics, growth or strategy roles in high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments
• Process-improvement mindset, strong analytical toolkit and excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; an additional language is a plus

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (required)
• One or more BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or Metabase, with a track record of automated dashboards
• Nice to have: prior experience with other statistical analysis tools or procedures
