Project Management & Business Analytics Intern

About the role

HP is looking for a business or engineering student interested in project management, business analytics, data visualization and supply chain operations to join its Global Repair & Refurbish Operational Excellence team. The internship is based in Sant Cugat del Valles, starts in February 2027 and runs until June-July 2027, with a flexible schedule of 4 to 12 months at part-time (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day). Eligibility requires current university enrollment in Spain and the ability to sign an internship agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the organization and follow-up of the team's project portfolio, tracking status, costs, risks, milestones and business impact.
• Help improve and standardize project tracking, governance, reporting and documentation.
• Prepare regular project updates and executive summaries.
• Work with Finance and stakeholders on validating and reporting project savings and business impact.
• Learn Microsoft Power BI to build and improve dashboards, reports and data visualizations.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and support KPIs and reporting methodologies.
• Contribute to automating recurring reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Spanish university, remaining enrolled until the end of the internship.
• Degree in progress in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Interest in supply chain, repair, service or operational environments.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously in an international, cross-functional setting.

Required skills

• Basic Excel and data analysis.
• Interest in developing Power BI and reporting automation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Power BI, databases or other analytics tools is a plus.
