Project Manager for International Architecture Projects

About the role

Mesura, an architecture and design studio in Barcelona, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex international projects. The role offers a transversal view of each project, direct interaction with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and representation of the studio in stakeholder meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct project meetings, capturing agendas and minutes.
• Update weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Prepare and maintain the Project Management Plan.
• Review design documents and coordinate design reviews with stakeholders.
• Support client procurement activities and review change orders.
• Analyze baseline and progress schedules, conduct time‑impact analysis, and recommend negotiation strategies.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in project management within international environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with planning tools such as Gantt chart.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
