Project Manager - International Project Execution

About the role

Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead international transportation projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from acquisition through delivery, coordinating multicultural teams and ensuring the successful implementation of mobility solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all project phases, including team organization, financial control, and reporting.
• Participate in acquisition, order negotiation, contract management, and claim resolution.
• Identify and mitigate risks while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders through clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and railway safety regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Engineering Manager in railway signaling.
• Deep technical knowledge of signaling interlocking, ERTMS, Centralized Traffic Control systems and railway communications.
• Proven ability to work in multinational, multicultural environments.
