Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects in the IT, Telecom, and Media sectors. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with all stakeholders.
• Map dependencies across teams and ensure resource availability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and performance.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance, report status and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk management and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create and keep comprehensive project documentation and close projects formally.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the PMO.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT, Telecom, Start‑up or Media environments.
• University degree (any discipline).
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional, preferably international, projects.
• Experience with traditional IT/Telecom projects and virtual teams; agile experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to prioritize activities delivering highest business impact.
• Deep understanding of both business and technology stakeholder requirements.
