Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex global engineering projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international experts. Based in Barcelona (hybrid), you will drive projects from definition to delivery across sectors such as Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Defense.

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline commitments are met.
• Develop and maintain clear project execution plans, reporting structures, and risk/issue management processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, automation) and align suppliers for efficient execution.
• Maintain structured communication with customers and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and decision support.
• Ensure compliance with CREADIS governance frameworks, stage‑gate processes, Communities of Practice, and ISO‑aligned quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–7 years of experience managing engineering, technology, or industrial projects.
• Experience in sectors such as Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Defense is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and clear communication skills.
• Proven planning and financial management abilities, including budget, forecast, and risk handling.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification (or equivalent).
