Project Manager Officer (PMO) – Finance Transformation

About the role

The Finance Transformation program is building a unified global operating model. As a Central Finance Local Entity Coordinator, you will bridge the Central Finance project team and a European legal entity, ensuring successful deployment, adoption and long‑term sustainability of the new finance model.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the Central Finance project team and the local legal entity.
• Coordinate local deployment activities such as data collection, process mapping, testing and cut‑over preparation.
• Support collection, validation and migration of financial master data.
• Ensure alignment of local processes with the Global Core Model.
• Organise local participation in workshops, training sessions and SIT/UAT testing.
• Monitor project progress and raise risks, issues or dependencies.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Shared Service Centers and external stakeholders.
• Support cut‑over activities, hyper‑care, and issue resolution post‑go‑live.
• Promote adoption of new processes, systems and governance standards.
• Serve as the Central Finance reference point for the entity, supporting governance, master‑data maintenance and future enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in finance, financial systems, ERP implementation, project management or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Experience with financial systems and ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with financial master‑data structures and finance processes.
• Proven experience supporting projects, system implementations, testing or process improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level, certification required).
