Project/Programme Manager – Wealth Management (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Project/Programme Manager to lead strategic initiatives in a Wealth Management environment. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Spain, requiring a high level of English. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across technology, operations, regulatory and client reporting to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain programme governance structures, lead SteerCo and board meetings, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Define and maintain integrated programme plans, manage inter‑dependencies, critical paths, milestones and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Produce executive‑level programme reporting, track scope, budget, timeline, risks and benefits, and keep RAID logs up to date.
• Control programme scope, implement change control processes, and prevent scope creep through rigorous governance.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end testing strategy, align business testing, system integration testing and UAT, and monitor defect resolution.

Required profile

• High proficiency in English.
• Based in Spain.
• Proven experience managing complex, business‑critical programmes in a financial services or wealth management context.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities.
